Email notifications for unviewed submissions are currently available to instructors and reviewers only.
For LMS platform users
You can now receive email notifications when your students submit a new video. By default, your notifications are set to Never since we are a third party application within your platform. You'll need to opt in in order to turn on these notifications by selecting hourly, daily, or weekly.

To manage your notifications settings, click the gear icon at the bottom right corner of the dashboard and select Settings.

Then choose your desired notification frequency .
Notification emails will include a list of the courses and assignments that contain new submissions as shown below. Depending on how your LMS communicates with GoReact, many users will be able to click the links from the email to load directly into the corresponding assignment. However, for those whose LMS does not provide GoReact the information necessary to link to your assignment, you will see the list of courses and assignments without links and will need to navigate to the listed assignments.
On the dashboard, all un-viewed videos will display a green triangle at the top right of the tile and the student's name will be bolded.
For goreact.com Users
You can now receive email notifications when your students submit a new video. There is a new section in the account settings page that lets you control if and when you'd like to receive those notifications. Notifications are set by default to Daily, but can be set to hourly, daily, weekly, or never.

To access your account settings, click on your name at the top right and select Account Settings.

Under Email Notifications, select the frequency at which you'd like to receive emails letting you know about new student video submissions.
