Answers to most questions can be found in our Help Center.  If you are unable to find an answer to your question there, please contact our Customer Experience team by one of the methods below.  We typically respond to email requests in less than an hour during business hours and chats are answered within a few minutes or less when available.

Students


Students can contact us via email or chat.  To send in your request by email, please fill out a support request here.  If our chat agents are available, a chat bubble will be displayed on the GoReact home page at the bottom right.

We do not have phone support for students.  Student phone callers will be asked to fill out a support request online, so please use one of the methods above.  

Instructors


Instructors can contact us via email, chat, phone, or VP.  To send in your request by email, please fill out a support request here.  If our chat agents are available, a chat bubble will be displayed on the GoReact home page at the bottom right.
