Please Note

The "Archive" feature functions like a "Trash". If you need to store a video long-term and don't want to leave it in the folder/activity where it was submitted, we'd recommend Downloading the Video.

If a video is archived, it will move to the Archive Folder of the users who are listed as participants on the video.

Please Note

In certain cases, archiving is not permitted. For example, if your instructor has left feedback for you already, or if the activity is set to "Single Recording Attempt (test)". If you'd like to archive your video, and are unable, then you will need to reach out to the owner/instructor of the course.

Archiving or Restoring Content

Next to your Folder, Activity, or Session, right click or click the ellipses icon and select "Archive".

To restore your video, or permanently delete it, just click into the "Archive" tab on the left hand side, and then right click or click the ellipses icon to open the action menu, and select "Restore" or "Permanently Delete".
