Installing the GoReact Tool
Please follow these instructions to get the GoReact tool installed on Blackboard Learn 2012 (or see our instructions for Blackboard Learn 2012).
- Click the "System Admin" tab.
- Under "Integrations," select "LTI Tool Providers."
- On the LTI Tool Providers page, select "Register Provider Domain."
Provider Domain Status
- In the "Provider Domain" field, enter lti.goreact.com
Default Configuration
- For "Default Configuration," select "Set globally."
- In the "Tool Provider Key" field, enter your email address.
- In the "Tool Provider Secret" field, enter goreact (all lowercase).
Institution Policies
- For "Send User Data," select "Send user data only over SSL."
- For "User Fields to Send," select all three checkboxes.
- Click "Submit."
Manage Placements
- Click the "System Admin" tab.
- Under "Integrations," select "LTI Tool Providers."
- On the LTI Tool Providers page, hover over the line for lti.goreact.com. Click the caret and choose "Manage Placements."
- On the next page, click "Create Placement."
Placement Information
- In the "Label" field, enter GoReact.
- In the "Handle" field, enter GoReact.
- For "Availability," select "Yes."
- For "Type," select "Course content tool" and check "Allows Grading."
- Check the box for "Launch in New Window." For the best overall experience, we highly recommend loading the GoReact tool in a new window. Otherwise, GoReact may be unable to access the camera and microphone.
Tool Provider Information
- In the "Tool Provider URL" field, enter https://lti.goreact.com/lti/v1
- In the "Tool Provider Key" field, enter your email address (This should be prefilled).
- In the "Tool Provider Secret" field, enter goreact (This should be prefilled).
- Click "Submit."

Custom Key and Secret
If you would like to update the key and secret for your organization to a custom combination,
- Follow this guide to set up the tool with the generic key and secret.
- Create a GoReact assignment and open it.
- Once you see the GoReact dashboard, contact the support team to request a unique key and secret.
- Update the tool in Blackboard with the provided key and secret.
